Terms of Service

1) Agreement

By accessing or using Superheader, you agree to these Terms. If you use Superheader on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Accounts & Approval

Registration creates a partner account subject to admin approval. We may approve, reject, or later suspend accounts at our discretion to protect the network.

3) Network Participation

• You may submit 728×90 banners that comply with our policies and applicable laws.
• You agree not to serve malware, deceptive content, or prohibited categories (e.g., illegal content, hate speech, explicit sexual content).
• We may moderate, deactivate, or remove banners or sites to protect the network.

4) Payments

Some features (e.g., higher site quotas) may require payment via PayPal. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Access to paid features is granted while payments are current.

5) Ownership

You retain ownership of your banners and trademarks. You grant Superheader a non-exclusive license to host and distribute your banners across the network.

6) Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or interfering with service operation.
• No attempts to bypass moderation, fraudulently inflate impressions, or manipulate rotation weights.

7) Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend service for maintenance or security issues.

8) Disclaimers

SUPERHEADER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superheader and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superheader from claims arising out of your content or your violation of these Terms.

11) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or to protect the network.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
